From sitting in my grandmother's kitchen while she was baking letting me lick the spoon when she was done, I developed a love for cooking and baking. When our matriarch passed away in 2014, Holidays and Birthdays were never the same. I began longing for some of those recipes that she made, most of which I did learn just by watching her all those years. I began to try my own hand at some my favorites and as I baked I could hear her singing in the background. I knew then that this was meant to be. So, I embrace this new journey as a Master Baker and here we are! My Culinary training has been in and is ongoing on the proving grounds of the "good ole South".
